We are a design focused stay with a mix of modern and rustic design. We are tucked on the edge of 10 acres of private, pristine Catskills woodland. Located near the site of the original Woodstock Music Festival! While visiting, you may feel like you’re on the top of a mountain far away from the world but be assured that we have created a space that offers many modern conveniences including Wi-Fi that can manage zoom calls / remote work in this spacious and serene space.
At Swan Lake Social we strive to provide a one of a kind adventure/stay. Please let us know if you’ll be celebrating something special. Party packages are available by request. Leave the decorating to us! We want your stay to be a memory to last a lifetime.

Saige
Stargazing
The stars are super bright this high up. We are approx. 1,345 feet above sea level.
Bethel Woods
We are a short 15 minute drive to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. This makes going and coming from concerts that much more enjoyable.
Hiking
There’s plenty of beautiful scenery there to keep you busy. Pack up a picnic and let the trees surround you.
Car Racing
Within a 15 minute drive to the legendary Bethel Motor Speedway. An quarter-mile asphalt oval race track.
Cool Open Space
The house sleeps 10 and is perfect for both families, large groups of people or specialty retreats.
4 bedrooms, all furnished with queen beds and 3 which have smart tv’s. One bedroom has an additional set of bunk beds to accommodate families and co-sleepers alike.

The oversized kitchen can accommodate a large group of people. It is sure to be one of the mainstays of the home during your visit. The custom island is suited to fit up to 12 people and is complete with built in outlets/charging ports for your convenience.

Group Trip!
December 2024My family and I decided to spend Christmas away from the city at Saige’s home for some peace and quiet. It was a lovely place to spent the holidays and have the whole home to ourselves. Everything was as listed and we were able to have a big space to have our Christmas dinner at! We weren’t able to do much outside but I have a feeling it would be a great place to stay at in the summer.

Concert Weekend
July 2023We truly enjoyed our stay at Saige’s residence in Swan Lake. The property was clean and exactly as it appeared in the photos. Saige provided local recommendations and was a friendly, responsive host. We were in the area for a show at Bethel Woods and the location was just a short drive (app. 10-15 minutes) to the event venue.

August 2023This property was great! Did a girls weekend to see a festival at the nearby center for the arts. Loved the interior, very modern, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything you need for a great visit, and the hosts were friendly and responsive! Would stay here again
